How are your products made?
Here at Mountains of Grace, all products are made to order. Each product is uniquely designed by hand, and then when each order is placed, products are created on demand. Our products are printed using a direct to garment (DTG) method for great quality. Because of this unique situation, it takes about 2-7 business days to create each product. We think that you’ll love the products so it’s worth the wait!
How long does fulfillment take before the product ships?
Printing each item typically takes 2-7 business days. We’ll be sure to send you an email when your product is shipped, so sit back, enjoy a nice chai, and your product will be sent to you as soon as possible!
Why did some of my products ship separately?
Due to our products being made-to-order, purchasing multiple items may result in them being shipped individually. This means packages may arrive at different times and\or in different packaging. Shipping may vary depending on specific order.
Do your items run true to size?
Most shirts are unisex size and are true to size unless stated otherwise. Recommending order your regular size unless you want a more fitted or loose shirt. If you have any more questions about sizing please contact us.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide! However, for free shipping on products your purchase must be $75 USD or more to qualify.
What qualifies for free shipping?
To qualify for free shipping, your subtotal must amount to $35 USD or more for domestic shipping or $75 USD or more for international shipping.
What are forms of acceptable payment?
We accept Apple Pay, MasterCard, Visa, Discover. Payment is due at the time of purchase.
What is your return policy?
If any products in your order are damaged, the wrong size, or you are unhappy with the item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Items being returned must be returned in original condition and not worn. Please contact us if you have an issues with your order. For items not returned in original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
